How long will it take to deliver my mangoes?

In the best case, it takes 1-3 working days after dispatch by post. We import mangoes every week, and we should be able to dispatch on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, some mango varieties may not be available every week. There could be a possible delay subject to stock availability.

What is the shelf life of Indian mangoes? How long can I store them?

The shelf life of Indian mangoes is between 5 to 10 days post-harvesting. But depending on the weather and biological conditions, the mangoes could ripen faster.

Can I refrigerate the mangoes? How can I ripen the mangoes faster?

Mangoes could be refrigerated only when they fully ripen. For natural ripening, store it at   room temperature. For faster ripening, submerge the mangoes in a bowl of uncooked rice or newspaper. Check after 10 hours. It should ripen in a day or two.

What happens if I get damaged or bad mangoes?

Photo proofs of damaged mangoes have to be sent within 24 hours after delivery to our e-mail address.  

In case of damage while transport or internal defects like spongy tissues in mangoes, we issue a refund/replacement depending on the damage provided they are communicated within 24 hours.

However, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

How many mangoes can I order per delivery?

We accept bulk orders and also options to resell. This is subject to stock availability.
